We can highly recommend Cars of Manchester.. The Manager that we worked with was brilliant and couldn't have been anymore professional and helpful when we purchased my 2nd car which was a clio.. Nothing was too much trouble! he even came in on his day off to do the handover to meet our convenience.. thank you for being amazing!! Highly recommended

First class. W was always ready to help. Had a little oil leak on the car which I discovered after a week. Rang up and was told he would sort it and true to his word he has with no quibbles or questions. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again!

Waz was great to deal with from start to finish. A very professional, helpful and caring individual. The car we purchased a Alfa Mito sprint, is a great runner, low mileage and very reasonably priced. Waz put a new clutch in for us and serviced and valeted it prior to our collecting. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks for everything Waz

Waseem, I am quite concerned that you state you did not sell me a car, especially as I part exchanged my 13 plate VW Golf which your son and his friend drove back to Manchester. I should add I also have a copy of the receipt and details of the bank transfers. As the receipt stated no warranty and the distance i felt there would be no point in approaching you to resolve the issues, but as they have resulted in increased expenditure I felt I should review your company

I bought my A5 in March 2021 and found the process rather frantic as I had bought the car and then paid an extra £200+ for the brakes to be done within an hour. In hindsight I should not have continued with the purchase as the car was on the road by 4pm and arrived at 1:30am the next morning which meant I couldn't do a full inspection until the morning. When I drove the car the next day it was very apparent that the O/S/F wheel bearing was in urgent need of replacement so another £230 spent. I should add that the car was supposed to be mot'd for a year and valeted. It arrived with 2 months MOT (£45 refund to cover costs) and dirty. I've had to spend £450 on new tyres as two were not in good condition and two just failed the MOT for the A5. I've also been advised both front suspension arms need replaced as does the NSF wheel bearing. To top it all off I discovered the car had been remapped which was not in the sale details so that will be another cost soon. would be 1* but car nice

I just want to say I don’t have any calls of this person or buying a car of me I’m there always to help I have not sold a car to this person also if ever there’s a problem I always address it I’m speaking to Autotrader to ask this person for proof of purchase by law we have to give customer certain rites why haven’t the pursued there writes if that was the case I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO FIX A PROBLEM NO MATTER WHAT

Bought the vauxhall meriva....Cars of Manchester were fantastic because they were trustworthy and reliable I could feel it from the very begining. I think when you want to buy something, you need to trust the seller and the product inorder to be satisfied with your purchase. Cars of Manchester were absolutely reliable. Also, I would like to say a huge thank you to the manager he was really helpful and available to answer every question. He went above and beyond and informed me about every detail and this made me feel so satisfied and confident with my purchase.
