I recently bought a Skoda Octavia from Waz at Cars of Manchester, and I can confidently say it was the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the very first viewing, Waz went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I noticed the tyre treads were getting low (though still legal), and without hesitation, he offered to replace all four with brand-new tyres at no extra cost.After the purchase, I discovered a few minor issues with the electronic components. Waz promptly booked me into their mechanic and ensured every last issue was fixed, including replacing parts where necessary—all completely free of charge. The car now drives as if it’s brand new!Waz and his team are honest, professional, and truly take pride in delivering exceptional service. I can’t praise Cars of Manchester highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, this is the place to go!
